Their shouldn’t be any buts if you want a greater Butt. Today I will take you forward with important exercises that will give you those round and toned booties. When it comes to training I prefer to stick with the basics, but be consistent to get those bigger butt.

Their are only two prerequisites if you want to train glutes: drive and dedication and I really mean it.

Your butt gets bigger as it gets stronger, so use heavy weights even though if that limit you to 5-12 reps per set. If you need an extra momentum and motivation? Use your workout log as a form of healthy competition.
